Happy New Year!

This week was another slow week, with all the parties and stuff its hard to find new people to teach and keep teaching the investigators we already have.  We were able to visit a couple inactive families and part member families this week.  We found one lady who left the church 5 years ago because she had some doubts that no one ever helped her with after her baptism, we were able to teach her family about the Book of Mormon since that was most of her problem.  It was a really interesting experience, she was really angry and agrssive at first, but once we were able to share some scriptures and testimony the Spirit definitely came in and it made all the difference.  She ended up making a return visit for us, she was determined to have us come back and help her out some more.
We had dinner New Years Eve with the family Sandoval again, they prepared a lamb that was really good.  This family loves to have the missionaries over, they`re really nice when we get to go over and eat.  New Years Day we met up as a zone and played some soccer and made some hamburgers.  This weekend was really fun.
letter to mom:
Chileans are party animals until they are too drunk to walk, and then they sleep for a very long time.  But we didn`t have much problem with noise or anything.  A house did catch fire and that was a little crazy, but other then that it was a pretty chill night.  I bet your house was a bit more wild and crazy.  That looked like quite a lot of people in there.
The zone conference was pretty good, there were some good talks.  We found out that Elder Christofferson will be coming here next month, and that will be awesome, I can't wait for that.
There's some more pictures in the folder for you too.
